Elizabeth Wainwright Email:   crsa@pdxmex.com Phone:  503-220-2043   Independent Administrator Elizabeth Wainwright has been involved in the maritime industry for over 25 years.  She started her career at bulk operator, Lasco Shipping Co.  Liz stayed with Lasco for over 17 years, evenually taking the position of Vice President, Operations Manager.  In 1996, Liz became the  Executive Director of the Merchants Exchange of Portland and is actively involved with many maritime related organizations.  Merchants Exchange manages the CRSA and as such, Liz has been deeply involved with the association for over 12 years.
